PAPAMAMA Telerehabilitation System
Target Audience
Patients
PAPAMAMA provides a wide range of rehabilitation trainings for patients with stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, and for post-orthopedic surgery. Trainings are combined with “mission-orientated” and “gamified” features to increase patient’s motivation for rehabilitation and improve the engagement. All the rehabilitation trainings are designed in collaboration with doctors and therapists. Patients are able to get professional and interesting rehabilitation trainings regardless of the time and location.
Therapists
Therapists can track patient’s training progress through LongGood Cloud and further prescribe corresponding treatments online. Besides, therapists can track multiple patients at the same time. Therefore, PAPAMAMA and LongGood Cloud can help therapists to save time and improve their working efficiency.
Clinical Research
Our rehabilitation system are proven as effective as traditional rehabilitation.
Our PAPAMAMA rehabilitation trainings were used in the randomized controlled pilot trial of game-based training in spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 patients. The use of our training program is proven as effective as conventional physiotherapy regarding the improvement of upper-limb function, gait performance, and the directional control of the limits of stability.
All the rehab trainings are designed in cooperation with the professional therapists. Seniors or common users can do the rehab trainings safely with professional advices, and those trainings reach the same or even higher therapeutic effectiveness than the traditional rehab trainings.
LongGood Cloud
Training data and visualised results are simultaneously uploaded to LongGood Cloud during patient’s training. Therapists can track patient’s training progress anytime, anywhere while managing multiple patient’s data remotely.
Training Programs
According to different rehabilitation needs, PAPAMAMA provides more than 15 training programs, including balance, muscular endurance, ranges of motion, upper and lower extremities, and cognition trainings. There will be immediate visual and audio feedback motivating users, and the difficulty level of each training is also adjustable.
Avoid
Balance
The users touch or avoid the targets with their hands or shoulder. They have to block the green enemy’s path and avoid red enemy. This aims to train users’ weight shifting ability.

The user must follow the ambulation frequency and height. The white foot should match the red foot during the training.
Soccer
Strength and Endurance
The users must raise their knees while soccer is falling. The white foot should step on the red foot. When you successfully follow the steps, you score the goal.

The users must extend, flex, or push to stretch their knees. They should hold the movement until full bar.

The user should onto the step board and then go back to original position, to avoid coming obstacles.
